Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat messaging on various platforms, including Facebook Messenger, website chat, and social media accounts. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns and provide unique solutions
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service guidelines

Essential Qualifications
