Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Uploading documents weekly to electronic files and maintaining hard copies, ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date * Managing training files, online data, and physical documentation, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and security * Creating and uploading new candidate personnel files into the system, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Maintaining updated statuses for inactive employees and those returning from leave, with a focus on ensuring that our data is current and accurate * Performing weekly audits on electronic files and hard copies to ensure data accuracy, with a focus on identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and qualifications.
