About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our pharmacy customers. You'll engage directly with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions, and go above and beyond to "wow" our customers. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can think critically, engage with our customers, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.

  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by providing exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

What We're Looking For:

* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a strong problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners.
