Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
- Update client and company level information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure the integrity of client taxes
- Collaborate with our team to resolve any data entry-related issues or discrepancies
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
