Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, answering questions, scheduling consultations, and providing information on our services. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients in the CST time zone. Our company is located in San Antonio, Texas, USA, and we're committed to providing exceptional service to our clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.

• Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a calm demeanor.
• Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CST, with occasional weekend work.
