Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Customer Interaction

+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. + Actively listen to customer concerns, providing knowledgeable and accurate information while troubleshooting issues. + Engage customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, fostering long-term relationships.

Technical Support

+ Assist customers with technical questions related to our products and services, conducting step-by-step guidance. + Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring seamless handover and follow-up.

Documentation and Reporting

+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system. + Generate reports on common issues and customer feedback to identify trends and improve support processes.

Collaboration

+ Work closely with the customer service and technical support teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues. + Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for enhancing customer service strategies.

Project Management

+ Assist in various projects aimed at improving the online customer experience, including testing new chat features and tools. + Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education and Experience

+ Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role. + Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience will be considered.

Technical Skills

+ Proficient in using live chat software and CRM tools. + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Soft Skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely. + Strong project management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
