Job Summary
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team in a remote capacity. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using our CRM system
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
- Quality control and leadership development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Minimum Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- 18+ years of age, with a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Must pass a background check
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
