Job Summary

As an experienced Full Stack Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our teams and clients through accurate and efficient data entry, office administration, and reporting. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless communication, data management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and accurate data management.

  • Reporting: Assemble and reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Office Administration: Perform various office clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the operations team, including special projects and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

* Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Data Entry Experience: 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Office Clerk Experience: 1 year of experience in office administration, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with various departments and teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

* Microsoft Excel Experience: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, functions, and data analysis.

  • Recycling Experience: Experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives, with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.

Physical Demands

* Computer Use: Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation.

  • Physical Activity: Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, with occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of office equipment or supplies.
