The Role
As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients have an amazing experience with our company. You'll be responsible for remotely managing a portfolio of high-touch customers, providing day-to-day support and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our operations team to achieve the highest level of service possible, and you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Remotely manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, providing day-to-day support and resolving any issues that may arise via phone calls, emails, and real-time chat feature
* Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
* Manage escalations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that our clients feel heard and valued
* Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to champion questions and feedback on behalf of arenaflex
* Ensure that clients have an amazing experience with arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Recommend potential growth strategies by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
* Serve the internal operations team by communicating with clients directly on their behalf
* Communicate information to the property management groups regarding the services being provided each day
Requirements
* Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Quality Focused: A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
* Problem Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
* Detailed Documentation: Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and updates
* Phone Skills: Excellent phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Conflict Resolution: The ability to resolve conflicts and disputes in a professional and empathetic manner
* Multi-Tasking: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
