Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's administrative tasks, data entry needs, and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative duties in the office, Monday through Friday, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Data Entry Support: Provide essential data entry support during tax season, including some weekends, to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
  • Social Media Content Creation and Management: Assist with creating and managing social media content, including developing engaging posts, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics.
  • Marketing Initiatives and Client Outreach: Support marketing initiatives and client outreach efforts, including coordinating events, managing email campaigns, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Record Keeping and Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity by verifying information, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative work and data entry, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Social Media and Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms and content management, as well as marketing knowledge and skills.
  • Tech-Savviness: Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems, including software applications and digital platforms.
  • Dependability and Accountability: Dependable, accountable, and able to meet deadlines, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work, as well as the ability to travel to off-site locations as needed.
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
