Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Chat Agent. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including a set minimum number of conversations per hour
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Education & Skills Required

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Strong knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High-speed internet access required
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Work Schedule

Our remote team members enjoy a flexible schedule, with two options to choose from: Option 1:

  • Monday (OFF)
  • Tuesday (OFF)
  • Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Sunday (OFF)

Option 2:

  • Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Thursday (OFF)
  • Friday (OFF)
  • Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Sunday (OFF)

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or chat environment

  • Strong knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High-speed internet access required
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
