Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from home in Illinois. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training will be provided during this time)
- Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $17.02 Maximum: $27.16 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
