Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals in a timely and efficient manner
- Dispatching proper authorities when necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need in emergency situations
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of alarm signals
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Have prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
- Be willing to relocate to the Manasquan, New Jersey area, with a commute time of no more than 45 minutes from Manasquan
Shifts and Scheduling
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
- 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
- 10 hour shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- Evening shifts
- Holidays
- Night shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends as needed
Training and Development
As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive paid training program, which will take place on site in Manasquan, NJ starting January 2nd, 2024. This program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role and provide exceptional service to our customers.
