Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer satisfaction goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure seamless support
- Utilize our modernized retail location framework to manage customer transactions, including handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons
- Process customer transactions, including making change, balancing daily transactions, and handling overages or shortages
- Review and inspect luggage and freight, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed
- Handle customer complaints and issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and reservations to customers and other airport guests
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
- Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed
- Perform other work duties as directed by supervisors
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business administration, communications)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to understand and follow policies, procedures, and guidelines, including tagging methodology, rules, and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of aircraft
- Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule
- Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space
- Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems
- Ability to write anomaly and complaint reports as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment
- Knowledge of airline operations and customer service procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve customer satisfaction goals
