Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to lead our Adversarial Abuse/Analytics team. As a key member of our Trust and Safety organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to identify and mitigate online threats, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of adversarial behavior. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to drive the development of new tools and features that enhance the user experience and improve the overall safety of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Adversarial Abuse/Analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to identify and mitigate online threats

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to drive the development of new tools and features that enhance the user experience and improve the overall safety of our platform
• Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to identify patterns and anomalies in user behavior
• Work with large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform product development and business strategy
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including product managers and executives
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the overall user experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products and services

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and science, with a focus on machine learning and data modeling
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
• Strong understanding of data modeling and machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models and algorithms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and improvement

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on team management and development
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services
• Strong understanding of data visualization and communication techniques, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports
• Experience working with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong understanding of online safety and security principles, with a focus on mitigating online threats and improving the overall user experience
