Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough studies and analysis to identify discrepancies between our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and our enrollment package records
- Resolving issues and correcting records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve problems and implement green resolutions
- Managing shared mailboxes and work queues to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Reconciling eligibility among systems to ensure seamless data flow
- Monitoring and tracking records to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Providing excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Healthcare industry experience (preferable)
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration)
- Experience working with healthcare software and systems
- Certification in data analysis or a related field
