Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in processing customer information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our operations, customer services, and account management teams to facilitate auditing, data entry, and system verification. Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer information with a minimum KPH of 6000, ensuring accuracy and completion within timed deadlines
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
- Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless communication
- Escalating serious operational issues to the Data Entry Team Leader in a timely manner
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management to ensure operational excellence
- Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, Health and Safety, ISO standards, and arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Verifying customer records using the system
- Setting up DCS screens and transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work confidently in a multicultural environment
- Ability to input a large volume of data accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on timeliness

- Experience working within an operational service delivery role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise
