Our team of world-class photo editors works tirelessly to deliver beautiful, cohesive, and on-brand headshots within just three business days, no matter when or where the photo is taken. Our clients follow a simple tutorial to snap a photo on their cell phone, and our team takes care of the rest.
Your Role
As an arenaflex Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be part of our marketing and sales team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, drafting answers to product questions via email, responding to inbound leads, and jumping on calls to ensure you understand the client's needs and share more about our product and process.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and effective manner
- Draft answers to product questions and provide clear, concise information to clients
- Respond to inbound leads and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve customer experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, customer service)
- 5+ years of full-time work experience in customer-facing roles
- 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
- Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, customer service)
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced, service-driven company
- Experience working with CRM software and customer data analytics tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
