The Role

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' website visitors via live chat software. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and requests via live chat software in a timely and professional manner

  • Remain calm under pressure, providing enthusiastic and positive customer service even in challenging situations

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service are essential

  • Ability to sit for most of the shift, with regular breaks to stretch and move around
  • Dedicated and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
