Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and account information.
  • Data Input and Verification: Inputting customer and account data into digital databases, verifying the accuracy of data, and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Data Compilation and Sorting: Compiling, verifying, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents and retrieving data from various sources.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Applying data program techniques and procedures to generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files as needed.
  • Customer Service Support: Providing excellent customer service support by updating order statuses and responding to customer inquiries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot problems.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus, but not required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
