As a live chat assistant, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to live chat messages, and providing timely support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a live chat assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success Manager to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with our team to achieve our goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
