Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Following up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including claims coordinators and other team members
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or claims processing
