What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Recruiting Area: Assist the recruiting team in identifying and initially contacting potential candidates, helping to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Proposing New Strategies: Develop and propose new strategies for candidate identification, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Identifying Opportunities for Process Improvement: Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement within the recruiting area, helping to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Managing Job Postings: Manage job postings on various job portals, ensuring that our job postings are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively reach our target audience.
• Evaluating Incoming Candidates: Evaluate incoming candidates, analyzing their professional profiles on job portals and assessing their qualifications and fit for our clients' job openings.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:
