Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, helping them with their healthcare and insurance needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely and accurate support to resolve their queries and concerns

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
