Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat support in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on insurance plans and benefits to ensure our clients receive the best possible service
- Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security to protect our clients' sensitive information
