The Role
As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through online chat on our website and social media channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues
- Offering promotional discounts and special offers to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
- Providing helpful resources and information to customers, including product demos, tutorials, and FAQs
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
