The Role
As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the front face of our company, responsible for providing efficient and productive customer service through chat. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll be working remotely, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and ordering details to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the home improvement or e-commerce industry
- Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom design, including product features and benefits
- Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
