Job Summary
As an Airline Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our airline partners and their passengers, while ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with passengers and crew members, resolving issues, and providing assistance with a range of tasks, including ticketing, baggage handling, and customs procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional service to airline partners and their passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience
- Rotate through various areas of the airport, including ticket counters, lobby areas, gates, customs, and arrivals
- Interact with passengers and crew members, resolving issues and providing assistance as needed
- Operate jet bridges and other equipment as required
- Resolve issues with flight activity to ensure on-time departures
- Handle cash transactions, manifests, and labeling as required
- Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times
Essential Qualifications
* At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- English proficient, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and crew members
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Computer literate, with the ability to use software applications and systems
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and pick up items, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds
- Reading and comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline industry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with passengers and crew members in multiple languages
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of airline procedures and regulations, including customs and immigration procedures
