Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include: * Talking with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery. * Documenting the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. * Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. * Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. * Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary. * Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business. What you'll need to succeed To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need: * The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call. * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. * The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key). * A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM. * The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check. Essential Qualifications
