A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring the efficient processing of orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
- Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, data entry, customer service, and automation processes
- Troubleshooting and resolving front-end workflow issues to identify solutions and improve efficiency
- Partnering with pharmacy leaders to develop training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
- Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we encourage applicants with:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
Education
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $18.50 Maximum: $34.60 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
