Position Overview

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and personalized assistance via live chat. From resolving inquiries to offering product recommendations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time via live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers in navigating our platforms to enhance their user experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products/services based on customer feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
