Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis, with excellent potential for permanent employment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, handling medical insurance queries, and accurately documenting call content in real-time. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
- Accurately documenting call content in real-time, using our proprietary software
- Providing solutions to customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Schedule
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home, with the following schedule:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Note: Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you will receive:
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.20/hr

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a New York State resident
- Have a strong customer service background, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role

- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in customer service or a related field
