Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant – Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Supporting senior leaders with onboarding process for new team members and internal developments, including business lead and call monitoring, equipment, access, and support
- Managing schedules, coordinating conferences, and making essential arrangements, including technical planned operations, saving offices, catering services, meeting materials, and plans
- Supporting key HR reporting and complex presentations
- Offering additional support to senior leaders with managerial tasks
- Managing contract signature process and reviews
- Supporting service frameworks access for channels
Essential Qualifications:
* Conversant in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and spoken
- Managerial support experience in a large organization
- Experience interacting directly with senior leaders
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid relational, relationship, and networking skills to build and maintain effective professional connections across all regions of the organization
- Hierarchical skills, focusing on and performing multiple tasks in a high-speed environment
- Great communication skills, solid relationship building, and time management
- Ability to work in a unique environment as a cooperative person
- Elevated level of proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), Salesforce (a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Certification in customer service or a related field
