Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Assembling comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Answering critical business questions and providing expert insights on various product and business streams to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions
• Advancing the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborating on the design of analytical solutions, and delivering actionable data insights and products
• Utilizing data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Applying statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain complex data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives

• Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and drive business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
• Conduct advanced data analysis, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining
• Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, programming languages, and statistical techniques
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analysis projects from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and resulting in a clear business outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly)
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and escalate issues to management
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Humor and ability to connect with others through shared interests or passions
