Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Front End Services and Cashier team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers with a smile

  • Represent arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first and last impression for our customers
  • Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to arenaflex's health and safety standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a cash handling or customer service role

  • Knowledge of retail operations and procedures
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
