Key Responsibilities:

* Handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other Medicare-related inquiries with empathy and professionalism

  • Work with customers to resolve problems, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service

Essential Qualifications:

* Call Center Customer Service experience with inbound calls (no telesales)

  • Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Empathy and strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
  • ALL candidates must score an 80% or above on eSkills test

Preferred Qualifications:

* HS Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience

  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Medicare or related fields
  • Previous Medicare experience or call center customer service experience (inbound calls)
  • Medical background or certification (e.g., CNA, LPN, RN)

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in multiple systems and software applications
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
