Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support ticket handling and listings management. Your excellent organizational skills, task management ability, and kind and helpful demeanor will make you an asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely support ticket handling and listings management
- Manage your workload independently, taking responsibility for your tasks and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including weekends
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing your ideas and expertise to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
- Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
- Native U.S. English speaker
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with modern business tools (e.g., ZenDesk, Slack, JIRA)

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
