Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote customer service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing information section and patient enrollment, answering high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct supervision. You will observe guideline working methods and perform obligations as per arenaflex strategies and methodology. Your primary focus will be on utilizing arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper framework.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper framework.

• Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling.
• Investigate to obtain missing solution data, and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes).
• Settle all information section-related special cases.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
• Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities.
• Settle on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs.
• Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas.
• Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Certificate or GED.
