Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to our clients across the country. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and positive attitude will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer updates
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences and drive revenue growth
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition and benefits
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling techniques
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) with high accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues, with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service or sales experience in a contact center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance)
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
