Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to our diverse and dynamic projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates, proposing new alternatives for candidate identification, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches
- Collaborate with multicultural teams to achieve project goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
