Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. You'll be the face of our company, representing our values and mission to every customer, every time. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales growth

  • Operate all equipment, including cash registers, credit card machines, and point-of-sale systems
  • Stock ingredients, prepare product, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Receive and process telephone orders, handling customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Clean equipment and facility, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Participate in training and orientation programs, developing skills and knowledge to excel in your role
  • Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management, using verbal and written skills to process orders and resolve issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business, communications, or a related field
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and make change accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
