Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant in live chat support, you'll play a critical role in helping arenaflex deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your main tasks will include:

  • Managing and responding to live chat inquiries on business websites and social media platforms
  • Handling customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing sales support and guidance to customers
  • Offering promotional discounts and promotions to customers
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A smartphone, tablet, or laptop capable of accessing social media and live chat functions
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Availability to work at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours based on your availability

Contract Length and Compensation

This is a flexible contract position with no fixed term. You'll be paid $35 per hour, depending on your experience and the complexity of the interactions. We're committed to providing a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and contributions to the team.

Location and Work Environment
