Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential clients, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a unique blend of sales, customer service, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Responsibilities

As a key member of our sales and customer service team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound calls and responding to inquiries via email or other communication channels to engage with potential clients and address their needs
  • Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom to discuss their requirements and provide personalized solutions
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that our solutions meet their evolving requirements
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Performing reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Addressing any questions or concerns potential customers may have, providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers, leveraging our collective expertise to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that our sales and customer service efforts are data-driven and informed by customer insights

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
