Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
* Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
* Engaging with conversations within 1 minute of receipt to ensure timely and effective resolution
* Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless customer experience
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including ERA (Email Response Accuracy) above 10%
* Operating within multiple software platforms to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
Education & Skills Required
To succeed as a Remote Chat Agent, you'll need:
* Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
* Access to high-speed internet to ensure seamless communication with customers
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including CRM systems and chat platforms

As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our work schedule is designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles, and we offer two options:
* Option 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
* Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
