Responsibilities
As a Part Time Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and efficiently in SAP.
- Resolving customer inquiries successfully through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate.
- Maintaining world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics.
- Establishing and maintaining world-class customer relations by developing a rapport and actively listening to gain more information where necessary.
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations.
- Conducting safe and responsible interactions with the public.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
- No previous experience required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion is essential.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in consumer products or distribution industry.
