Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Account Strategist to join our Mid-Market Sales team at arenaflex Customer Solutions. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and presenting Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. Responsibilities

As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing relationships with clients, and developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
  • Working proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Planning for, and achieving, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
  • Developing forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Building an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.

  • Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
  • Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex Customer Solutions offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary range: $81,000-$119,000
  • Bonus and equity benefits
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
