Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to help customers find the perfect products
  • Work with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of delicious options
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to ensure a safe and welcoming space for customers
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
  • Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve our goals

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong sales background, with experience in selling products to customers and meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick pace and a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to customer issues
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a strong background in sales and customer interaction
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a focus on safety and attention to detail
