Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital databases. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure that data is entered correctly. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining Confidentiality: You'll be entrusted with sensitive customer information, and it's essential that you maintain confidentiality and handle data with the utmost care.
  • Data Entry: You'll input customer and account data into our digital databases, using your knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data Verification: You'll review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output to ensure that data is accurate and complete.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: You'll research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, using your analytical skills to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Data Analysis: You'll apply data program techniques and procedures to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting and Storage: You'll generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: You'll scan documents and print files as needed, using your knowledge of digital document management systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

To succeed as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Computer Skills: You'll need to have excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management.
  • Basic Knowledge of Database Management Tools: You'll need to have a basic understanding of database management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to Enter Data Quickly and Accurately: You'll need to be able to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: You'll need to have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Analytical Skills: You'll need to have analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience Working in a Data Entry Clerk Position: While not required, experience working in a data entry clerk position is a plus.
