Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing accurate and useful information
- Providing first-level technical support for customer inquiries and issues
- Documenting customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to speak, read, and write in English (advanced)
- The ability to work autonomously and drive your performance and development
- A team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks
- A passion for self-development, reflection, and openness to challenges
- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software issues
- A strong interest in learning and understanding the e-commerce industry
- A flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as "on-call" on a rotational basis
- E-commerce experience is a strong plus
