Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Chat Specialists to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX. As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services via online chat
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, driving revenue opportunities for our dealer clients
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and quality assurance
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need:
- Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- To live within the state of Texas
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
